A lot of years ago, my father in law (Now former) went to photograph mr Mathis at a show.I stood outside the stage door as dadinlaw went in.

And then ran back out in a huff, some moments later.

Not until nearly a year later did he explain that Mr Mathis had offered to spend the day- and then, in no uncertain terms- most of the night- with my fatherinlaw.

Fatherinlaw had never been up close with a pillowbiter before, so it was a new- and wrenching- experience for him. He never did get over that.

Gee, Og, I don't even know how to respond to that. Except, you know... it's not for me to say.
