Lots of spiders and crawlies down there, but the thing that pisses me off the most is that there is very little clearance and the contractor decided to dump the surplus concrete on the ground in the crawlspace. Banged my knees up pretty nicely scrambling around.
In my dream world all crawlspaces are at least 6 feet deep and well lit.
BTW - Our neighbor had a heart attack while he was under his house, but unfortunately nobody knew he was there ... until another neighbor found him. If you're thinking of having another heart attack, don't do it in the crawlspace!
