Posted by Jim - PRS at March 14, 2005 10:35 PMDamn, that is one angry gay man.
Careful Velociman!!! I think he's trying to recruit you into the "Gay Revolution" by using reverse psychology or some gay mind control technique.
Probably get's a free toaster for every new recruit.
Wonder if those Marmite pictures had anything to do with it?
Out of curiosity when exactly did you get this message and when exactly did you pass out the other night? A bit suspicious if you ask me.
You do have email access, it appears. Amazing.
Posted by sadie at March 14, 2005 11:12 PMUh, yeah, you could have said it better.
He, on the other hand, would have gotten his ass kicked delivering that diatribe in person, well, pretty much anywhere.
Posted by Patton at March 14, 2005 11:54 PM"Anonymous" internet (ha!) plus normal person equals fucktard, more often than not. Often the only way to get mannerly behavior from such a twit is to publicise their i.p. address and personal information.
Thats the only way I learned.
Posted by Mr. Bowen at March 15, 2005 10:10 AMMan, you get the best comments. Viva la revolucion!, you homophobe.
Did you watch TGTB&TU last night on the cable? Western Channel, I think. I nodded off briefly and woke up to "known as The Rat"...I turned it off and went to sleep happy.
Posted by Scott Chaffin at March 15, 2005 3:53 PMIf I were going to explore that side of my nature with anyone other than Rosey Palm's brother Harry (not likely, given that I've remained monogamous for thirty plus years despite hetero opportunities) it certainly wouldn't be with anybody that unpleasant.
You turned him down didn't you? He sounds hurt.
Posted by Key at March 15, 2005 8:33 PMApparently in that confused man's universe, you are either redneck, metro or gay. Apparently no other affiliation is possible.
And when did women every look at gay guys for anything except safe girl time? Why does any gay man think regular men are jealous of this?
A very sad little man. His mom obviously loved him too much, or not enough.
Posted by Lycan at March 15, 2005 9:38 PMYup - I'm so very concerned about my appearance matching any one of the ads in GQ, or Maxim, or Cosmopolitan for that matter.
No, I'd rather just loosen the belt from around my beer gut a little, prop my feet upon my non-designer coffee table, and settle in - with a nice, aged to perfection, glass of homebrew - to watch some Duke or maybe Clint movie.
Fucking him in tha arse or letting him blow me being oh so many lights years from my mind.
What a sorry, whiney-assed, pussified piece of scrapings from his boyfriends' dick.
What about the Hispanic and Black guys up here in urban New England who wear ghetto clothes, defend their masculinity and straightness more than their mother's honor, and use the word "fagget" to describe stuff or people that they think sucks. They ain't Rednecks, but people scarcely ever give them any flack.
Message to today's "Militant Gays" (bear with me here), your lifestyle's sudden influx into mainstream western society is a fairly new development in history, save the ancient peoples of Greece, Rome and a few other really old civilizations. A society that seldom ever thought about homosexuality, let alone the sexual practices involved, just might have a somewhat negative reaction to it's rapid elevation over the course of half a lifetime from something immoral and unhealthy to something normal. This does not justify the actions of jerks who go and murder homos just because of the fact that they're homos, but it would be practical to expect at least some kind of resistance by the larger culture to something alien being imposed upon it.
Of course, the larger culture (as I remember it, better in many ways, worse in others) is by and large subdued now, probably shot in one of its proverbial legs, and has no chance whatsoever of recovering, so it would make sense to beat the shit out of it while it's down until it's in a vegetable state.
