Kim, a couple of things were happening, some of them unrelated.

You were getting hammered by trackback spam - that's been stopped.

Even after it was stopped though, your posts weren't showing up for me. I think that's because the piece-of-shit "partner" that Sitemeter's gone and integrated into their counter was timing out, causing everything after the sidebar load to fail.

When I disabled Sitemeter, the posts loaded, but because the time had turned over past midnight, your post page was blank as it's set to display only the last 7 days posts, and your last post then fell to 8 days ago. When you did this post, there was again something within the 7 days to show.

Here's what I've done, just so you'll know:
- blocked the spam
- changed your front page to show the last 10 posts, instead of the last 7 days. (can be changed back, as you've previously mentioned you like it the old way)
- re-enabled Sitemeter for now, but you should really look at alternatives (StatCounter or Google Analytics)

Time to upgrade, dude. then pretty much all this shit would go away and you could just blog.

Don't let the spammers win. Use the tech available to beat them into submission so you don't have to.

Perhaps turn off comments and trackbacks for posts older than a month. That might help a bit, too.
