My trackbacks are totally fragged. I'd fix the code, but it doesn't even exist anymore, apparently spirited away by daemonic forces.
If anyone can help me I'll give you a week's vacation in exotic Gulfport, Mississippi (Motto: We Put the "Holler" in Cholera).
And lest anyone think I am being insensitive to the victims of that hurricane, just remember, my refugee peeps: I'm not laughing at you. I'm laughing with you.
Fixed.
I can't tell why the cgi script decided to erase its contents???? The file is still listed as being there in your hosting directory, but server says it couldn't find it (and the damn thing was empty anyway!)
Something caused your MT to trigger a couple of big core dumps, so I'll dig through them to see if I can figure out the cause, but don't hold your breath - there's a lot of shit in there, and I'm not really sure what I'm looking for.
Anyway... working again, which is the main thing.

Posted by: Light & Dark at September 4, 2005 3:57 PMOh yea, and can I trade the offered vacation for a few days just hanging out at the Velocipool?
Maybe you could get your daughter to invite a few of her cheerleader friends for a swim? I'll brng my own camera, thanks.

Posted by: Light & Dark at September 4, 2005 4:00 PMCore dumps, eh? How very Superdome.
Posted by: Don McArthur at September 4, 2005 8:00 PMThanks, Paul. You come heuh. I'll have all the cheerleaders you can stand, dude. In they skimpies.
Posted by: Velociman at September 4, 2005 9:55 PMOh yea, and Don?
I still have trouble typing "core dumps" with a straight face. Especially since, in non-tech terms, it basically means the database took a shit.
