Flynny

I don't have many friends. That is a fact. As a result of transfer, relocation, quittings, and my own sense of unbridled self-entitlement I tend to either lose friends or chase them away. I do consider Michele to be one of my great friends, however. She has the proper mixture of compassion, intellect, attitude, and fervor that makes for a great human being. Go read this post and see if you do not agree.

Fortunately Flynny will be attending the Jekyll Wreckyll. A great opportunity to meet a great person. She is, as they said in Freaks, One Of Us.

Let me offer a hearty second on that reading recommendation. I was positively teary-eyed after reading that post; quite a feat, making a heartless bitch like me mist up.

Quite a first week for her blog. Miss Flynny is the bomb. One of Us, indeed!

One of these days I'm gonna have to come to one of your get-togethers, instead of just watching them on COPS.

I'm blogrolling her now, thank you, what a treasure.

I'm like you in that regard, for sure, though my self-entitlement's taken one hell of a beating in recent years (except for shoes). You're right about that Flynny, alright...

Flynny is good people. I am anxious to meet her and to see whether we might share some horse-thieving relavites from the old sod.

I'd say she's definitely "my" kind of people.

What she wrote took a lot of heart and courage to share.

I was touched and moved.

I hope to see her in Jeckyll.

As painful as it will be to fly into JAX, I will be there, at Jekyll Wreckyll, Vman. I'm sure the booze will be soothing.

as will be your company, of course.
