714

No, this is not another Rorer Quaalude post. I got too damned many nutcases commenting from that one a year ago. Still do, as a matter of fact.

No, that's 714 spam comments from my friend Bob and his minion Top since midnight. And although I can clean this crap up rather quickly with Blacklist it still takes 45 minutes to root out all the singular troll stuff.

On line poker indeed. I have a poker. It is blunt, hefty, and soot-covered. The only thing wrong with it is it is not driven into Bob's thorax. This would please me to no end. I'd Helsing Top too, but we all know they're the same beast, and I don't want consecutive life sentences.

I get the same two, over and over. Let's get in my pickup truck, hunt them down and kill them.

We'd be doing the world a favor.

I was visited as well. You're right. Even with MT Blacklist, ultimately zapping all the URL-containing comments and rebuilding the attacked posts takes time. I wonder if these two shitsacks have any idea how many people would happily draw and quarter their sorry asses.

If you keep your pecker out of the chimney stack, it'll be blunt and hefty, but not soot-covered.

I was getting killed too with the comment spam. So I started leaving the comments open on the top three, maybe four posts only on my site. THe rest of the comments I closed in the edit post window. When I posted something new, I closed the now new fouth or fifth post.

Now if they wanna bust me with 90 comments spams, they have only three or four posts to choose from, I can delete them in 2 minutes and four clicks of the mouse through that same edit post window, they get frustrated and go somewhere else.

And without Blacklist.

Kim;

Blacklist is only part of the solution. Ya still gotta rename your comment script as well. That cuts most of them off before they even get to Blacklist.
