RED HAT CAT IN THE HAT

I do not like this cinema Cat,
I do not like him 'cause he's Fat.

The Cat I know was very Thin,
And smelled of somewhat cheaper Gin.

So who, besides this Myers, Mike?
Or played on stage by Rosie, Dyke?

I wanted someone sallow and Wry,
Who'd make those children start to Cry.

Unleashing furies Things Two and One,
Just for a bit of twisted Fun.

I know that there was little Chance,
But I was keen on Henricksen, Lance.

I always saw Don Knotts as the Cat in the Hat. Or Bing Crosby. But then, I'm kind of old.

Well, yeah, the Bing that beat his kids. I'm down with that.

Hey, Lance Henrickson is cool. He was in that cinematic classic "Pumpkinhead". Really, it's a must-see. *snort*

I could have sworn I had you bookmarked...I guess I don't. I will do so if blogrolling *ever* starts working again.

I saw a preview for this movie. The "Cat" is grotesque. He looks like something out of a John Waters movie, or aging post-menopausal Gloria Steinem. Don't be surprised if he farts through his mouth.

I like Myers and I don't want to bitch,
But I would've prefer John Malkovich...
