I leapt out of bed at 4:30 AM this morning when the kitten jumped on my head. I'd been dreaming I was in a circumspect motel room for some nefarious purpose, the central thrust of which I am still uncertain, and being bitten by indignant fleas. The cat pounce simply brought the whole scenario crashing down.
I was at work at 6:00, thinking "what the hell just happened to my morning?"
I think the central "THRUST" was apparent if you were in a circumspect motel.
The cat scenario is all too familiar to me.
By the way, I do believe that you owe me....big time. (E-mail me for details if you didn't spot the change yet.)

One of the dogs woke me up 3 times between 8:30 PM and 1 AM. I was about ready to kill her (disclamer: that was just an expression), but decided that at least she woke me up instead of piddling/pooping in the house, so I would let her live.
Posted by: bogie at November 19, 2003 7:19 AMA kitten's nothing. I was awakened at 5:10am today by a satellite technician in Avon Colorado telling me my radio network's Ku backhaul feed was down and no one was receiving the morning news in Cordele, Toccoa, etc., etc..
A cat I could've tossed out into the yard. Can't do nothing about satellite technicians...
