I've missed several opportunities to see Johnny winter live, and I'm afraid I'll regret it.
I did see the Edgar Winter Band in 1972 or 1973. My friend wanted to get close to the stage to see if he really had pink eyes. I ended up standing in front of a tremendous tower of speakers for over an hour, but couldn't see his face because his hair was so long.
I suffered 20% permanent hearing loss in my left ear that night.
