I'd like your take on the Supreme Court's sodomy decision. How come stare decisis prevents the overturning of Roe v. Wade, but not Bowers v. Hardiwck?

Well, the bitch is, Sandy O overturned her own Bowers decision. This decision was even more overwrought than the Michigan case, for her at least. Having said that, deviant sex is deviant sex. Sodomy is sodomy. And I enjoy them with relish upon occasion in the privacy of my bedroom. I just wish she'd get her damned legal reasoning in order. She's all over the map, pin-pricking the law as she sees fit. But, of course, she's a woman.
